Tushita Buddhist Centre Opening on Saturday, 23rd February at 12.30pm. Everyone is welcome – please let us know if you are coming, by phone or email.

Tushita Buddhist Centre offers weekly meditation classes for both beginners and advanced practitioners of Buddhist meditation. On Tuesday and Wednesday nights everyone is welcome to attend classes in Constantia and Somerset-West. On Sunday mornings Gen Pagpa teaches a weekly introductory meditation class in Rosebank.

More advanced classes, the Foundation Programme, start on Saturday March 1st 2008. - A unique opportunity!
