Practice Peacefully
Give absolute value to the quality of presence of this unique day. Place your feet flat on the ground and feel the grounding of your body. Decide to go through this day without polluting it with haste. Assess the richness of your time by the depth of your attention. Perform every ordinary gesture as if it were the noblest act. Lay down in the evening a serene consciousness, freed from the weight of time.
