Practice Peacefully

Evaluate your present intention: does it contain the slightest hint of harm? Actively choose a thought, word, or action that nourishes life. Clarify the mirror of your mind by letting the silt of agitations settle. Summarize your daily ethics into these three pillars of great simplicity. Breathe in the joy of aligned and blameless conduct. Let this triple discipline radiate into all your choices throughout the day.
