Verse 197 — On the Nature of Joy and Happiness

« Let us live happily, without hatred among those who hate. Among men who hate, let us live without hatred. »

« Let us live happily, without hatred among those who hate. Among men who hate, let us live without hatred. »

Practice peacefully

In a tense or conflictual atmosphere, do not become a sponge. Breathe softly, feeling your solid and relaxed vertical axis. Formulate an inner firm intention to preserve your clarity. Refuse to absorb or fuel the negativity of the environment. Radiate a calm and warm presence that offers a counterbalance. Feel that your joy does not depend on the surrounding emotional climate.
