Practice Peacefully

Today, identify the underlying need to be right in an exchange. Deliberately let go of the desire to impose your point of view. Offer your interlocutor the space to express themselves without seeking to win. Observe the immediate relaxation brought about by the end of competition. Savor the higher peace that arises from renouncing power over others. Remain established in tranquility, beyond gain and loss.
