Verse 305 — On Inwardness and Chosen Solitude
« He who lives alone, who walks alone, who is untiring, who masters himself, will find his joy in the forest (the place of calm). »

Practice Peacefully
Grant yourself a moment of deliberate solitude, far from any screen. Walk at a tranquil pace, paying attention to the contact of your feet. Do not seek to fill the silence with thoughts or distractions. Inhabit your own company fully with warmth and simplicity. Feel your energy regenerating in contact with the surrounding calm. Savor the strength and autonomy that arise from this inwardness.
