Practice Peacefully

Mentally empty your inner space of all expectations and projects. Sit in silence as if you were in a completely bare room. Let sounds and movement pass without creating an inner ripple. Observe the natural order of phenomena unfolding on their own. Savor the translucent clarity of a mind freed from clutter. Let this peaceful joy radiate throughout all your cells.
