“What an enemy can do to an enemy, or a rival to a rival, a misdirected mind can do to itself with even greater harm.”

Practice Peacefully
Track down self-critical, disparaging, or anxiety-provoking internal self-talk. Become aware of the violence you inflict upon yourself through your own thoughts. Immediately suspend this mental poison by placing a hand on your heart. Breathe gently, bringing an intention of kindness towards yourself. Transform the judgmental inner voice into calm and clear support. Become your own most faithful ally in every situation.
