Dharma & Neurosciences
Here, practice meets today's world: family, work, screens, solitude — and the body as contemporary knowledge describes it. This is neither the Dhammapada, nor Yoga Sati Śānti.
Charter: to illuminate the body and life of Buddhist practice, not to substitute them with a competing method. Sciences do not have to "prove" the Dharma.
After texts and traditions, a bridge: how can this teaching transform my way of living? Family, work, relationships, screens, fear, aging, nature. When it feels right, a simple experience to try during the day.
The word somatic comes from the Greek sôma, the living body. Breathing, posture, interoception: the brain never works alone. We observe these connections precisely, without becoming a medical discourse.
